Dear Ken,
I just wanted to write to thank you for providing me with your great product. I work at Hearst State Monument in California and was recently tasked with cleaning out and rescreening the rain gutters on several historic buildings. After some research I found a gutter filter product that looked like it would work well. I installed the material on one building to see how it worked.
Shortly after installing the product I came across an ad for your product in Gutter Opportunities magazine. Although the two products looked very similar, your ad stated that your product also had the added benefit of being fire resistant to a high standard. After testing the original filter, I found that it would ignite if it came in contact with flame. Since we are in a high fire area I decided against using the product and removed it.
After receiving a sample of your product and testing it, I found that it was manufactured to meet the highest standard of safety for flame retardants in foam. Naturally I was sold. The product performs great and I have now installed it on four historic buildings at the monument. And I can sleep well knowing that it is a safe product and that I don't have to worry about cleaning out the gutters again for the rest of my career.
